“Brain Damage” is how I feel sometimes as age creeps up on me. I know my memory slips are due to every-day crap like college tuition bills, mortgages and client’s wanting more work done, but I have to wonder just how many brain cells I really killed off in the 70s? Time will tell… wait, what were we talking about?

Heh heh. I got CARDED the other day. Heh heh.
What’s up with that, eh? I got carded as late as like 27 or 28 years old, then we had kids and that “aged” me appropriately!
I’m still in the young mans boat, 21, but the only time I get carded is when proving that I am as young as I say I am. Hardly anyone believes me. I’m sure I will wish it the other way later in life.
Wow! 21! Yes, at a certain point you want to look younger. I do not have hardly any gray in my hair and a guy I do work for is only 42 and people often think I’m younger/equal to his age as he’s very gray. I’ll appreciate looking younger while I can!
Congrats on being of legal drinking age! If ever I meet you, I’ll owe you a beer!
I’ve never actually been carded. I’ve always been well built and the legal age over here in England is 18 (I’ve been drinking since 14…)
These days I have a huge beard and greying hair, even though I’m only 25, so I wouldn’t get carded anyway now.
i’m 18
I get carded like ALL the time because I look 12. Hurrah.
Funny comic
Hey Dan! Welcomd to the party, pal! Hang on to the youthful looks while you can! They slip away fast sometimes! Glad you like the comic!
At 41, every time I get carded I always assume it’ll be the last time… and then it happens again! I’ve got a few gray hairs on my head and in my beard but I guess they aren’t obvious unless you’re looking for them. It always pisses the wife off though, since she hasn’t been carded in a decade. I tell her that it doesn’t mean anything, everyone is always trying to get the girl drunk, no matter what age she is!
