First new drawing of Plan 9 that I’ve done in a long time. This a final pencil sketch and I will be finishing this one up over the weekend, but I wanted to let everyone know I’m still alive.
Good news: I have started back on my ADHD medication after a short, doctor approved, break. This has jump-started my brain for the good and this drawing is the outcome of being on the medication for a couple of days. I am hopeful it will continue to help me return to drawing. I’m anxious to get back to the 1977 gang and finish up the New York story line. So, count on more content very soon!
Sad news: Mike Pinder, keyboardist for the Moody Blues in the ’60s and ’70s, has passed away at age 82. I got to meet Mike on a meet-and-greet tour he did at Best Buy stores back in the 1990s that coincided with the release of one of his solo albums. I’m a big fan of the Moody Blues and Mike’s songs always spoke to me. The song below is one that will pick me up when I’m feeling down.
